Regulation of the Auction

Bidding Strategy
The auction is conducted in accordance with international practice. There are two estimates by each lot, a starting price and an estimation. The estimation represents the price interval, an amount the auction house sets as the closest one to the real market value of an artwork. This can provide better orientation to the collectors. A starting price is usually set around 50 – 60 per cent of the high estimate. It is a price from which an artwork will be auctioned at the event. There will be no reserve price which means all the artworks could be purchased at the  tarting bid if and when there would be no higher demand for the art piece in case.

Artists may contribute 50% or 100% of the hammer price to the Bátor Tábor Slovakia Foundation.
